  This dentist I cannot fault. My daughters teeth look amazing after her braces were removed. Dr Vish is a perfectionist. This professional, friendly environment makes you feel well cared for and relaxed. Thank you to all the staff who cared for Charlotte, and continue to care for the whole family. Jodie McGeough

  My mother booked an emergency appointment this morning at this dentist as her tooth was falling out and she was in pain. However I cannot stress enough through this google review the rudeness of the manager of this dentist who saw my mother. He has a very unpleasant attitude. He informed my mother who is on benefits like many have been throughout their life that he was "doing this for free" for my Mum and she was lucky he was doing this as he "doesn't have to". It is not him doing my Mother a favour as NHS pay for tihs not him. NHS will pay if you are on benefits and I find it rather disgusting to speak to my Mother in this way. If she was not benefits and a paid up front would you have lied and insulted her intelligence? I feel the way you was speaking to my mother today and lying about doing her teeth for free was clearly because she was on benefits and it's outrageous for a man of you're profession to speak and lie in this way. Further to tihs you told her if she makes anymore cancellations you will not be seeing her. So long as she calls up and cancels which she does every time I'm sure there is no problem with tihs. Well for you're information, there is no need to threaten that you won't see her again if she cancels an appointment because nod you're attitude she will not be coming to this practise again. Just to confirm once more for you're knowledge, you do get paid for people on benefits you are not doing their teeth for free. I sincerely hope you're attitude towards customers on benefits change since you are the manager and it must be pretty shameful for a complaint to be aimed at you the dental practise manager, as opposed to a receptionist as I see from other reviews.
